FAQ's

Tables and Chairs

Tables and chairs are included and can be set up however you choose. Tables are 8 ft. rectangle and chairs are white polyresin. We do not provide linens but can suggest some rentals or purchase options.

Bathrooms

Indoor bathrooms are available inside of our arcade room. Please DO NOT enter the arcade area or allow any guests in that area or the laser tag arena. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for your guests and to ensure that nothing is damaged. You will be charged for any damages to indoor equipment.

Sound System

Outdoor speakers are connected and you can connect to our sound system via bluetooth!

Clean Up Responsibilities

Please throw all of your trash in the trash containers. Please DO NOT put trash in the canisters without a trash bag or overfill trash containers. Extra trash bags are provided for you.

Sweep up any large messes on the decking area's. Please dispose in the trash and do not leave on the grass.

Remove any décor items that belong to you. Please do not take anything borrowed from Good Salt. There will be charges for any missing or damaged items including decorations, linens, chairs, tables...

Decorating

Do not drill or screw anything into the brick or fence. You can use small thumb tacks on the fence, but NO nails, screws, staples. Nothing sticks well to the brick. There will be a charge for any damage done. If you have any questions, just shoot us an email, call, or text.

Parking

Street parking is available but limited in close proximity on Main St. There are other areas to park, but do require some walking.

Candles

Electronic candles only please. Birthday cake candles and small floating candles inside holders with water will be the only open flame allowed.

Vendors

You can use any vendors you choose. We are happy to partner with and offer discounts through some of the vendors listed below. We included some of our recommendations and favorites as well as local businesses.

Availability

We make every effort to answer questions promptly. The quickest way to reach us is text message or DM. Email may only be checked once per day, so allow 24-48 hours for a reply. You are welcome to call, but please leave a message if we don't answer and we will return your call as soon as we can. Please contact us between the hours of 8am and 10pm any day. We have several team members that work with us that will be able to answer questions, return calls, and schedule tours as well. We will have someone on site or able to answer immediately on your event day.

Payments

Payment is required in full at time of booking. We can accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, & PayPal. There will be a fee for all returned checks and booking date will not be held until payment clears. A credit card will be required even if you are not paying with a card to have on file in case of damages or loss of property.

Alcohol

Alcohol is allowed with a professional bar service. Beer, wine, and up to 2 signature cocktails will be allowed. NO shots, NO doubles. NO self service! Please inform us of your intent to hire professional bar service at time of booking.

Damages or Lost/Stolen Property

Accidents happen. We make every effort to decrease your liability and ours. If you follow rules on decorating and use common sense with furniture, this will greatly reduce the risk of damaging something. If something happens, please just let us know and we will work with you on getting repairs. It's very sad, but people steal things. Unfortunately, you will have to be responsible for yourselves, family, and guests to not take things that don't belong to them. We do require a credit card on file to cover significant damages or missing property.
